Leminh Tran ( Mini to us ) is our procurement specialist and spends her time quoting customers happy. She ensures our clients receive the best possible deals from the market place and spends most of her days onto suppliers challenging their rates. Green-fingered Mini is also Gingers very own Monty Don, ensuring all the office botanicals are lovingly cared for. She also likes to partake in the cooking and baking competitions at work and has so far won the soup-off and curry-off competitions. She very occasionally makes the tea, but when she does it’s a winning cuppa. After hours Mini is a DIY enthusiast, festival and live music event attendee, a yoga teacher who loves to help her students relax, become more flexible and realise inner peace.
