When we start working with you we’ll go back historically through your utility bills, forensically checking that they are an accurate reflection of the energy and water that your organisation has used.In an industry that relies upon data from multiple third parties, supplies commodities that are invisible, are not actually delivered by your ‘Supplier’, do not have consistent usage and which are available to use in the absence of any formal contract – well it’s no surprise that billing anomalies occur!Our team will review and analyse your previous six years of energy supply data and identify any errors. If we find an error, we contact the supplier to arrange for the billing to be corrected and for any overcharges to be refunded directly or credited to your account.There is minimal involvement required from clients, ensuring that they are free to concentrate on their business. What we need from you:
- A single copy of a recent invoice for each meter you have
- A signed Letter of Authority, which gives us permission to talk directly to your supplier(s)
