As Director of Billing Services, she is responsible both strategy for overseeing the delivery, accuracy, and continual improvement of our billing operations. With a strong focus on client care, Lisa ensures that Ginger Energy consistently meets its commitments and responds promptly to client needs. She is deeply proud of the company’s achievements and the dedication of the team, and plays a key role in driving service excellence and operational development across the business. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Lisa is committed to enhancing Ginger Energy’s service offering, identifying new opportunities to strengthen client value and operational efficiency. Lisa also sits on the Heat Trust Committee and has been a long time campaigner for consumer protection for communal supply consumers.
