On Wednesday 31 July, Lloyds Banking Group announced that its affiliated bank, Halifax, has launched a new Green Living Reward cashback. It notes that Halifax mortgage customers can earn up to £2,000 cashback for installing a heat pump, or up to £1,000 for other energy efficiency improvements. Halifax details that it is also partnering with Effective Homes and Octopus Energy to install the technologies, with customers able to unlock additional benefits if they opt to use either of these providers.
